My father is a resident who was flourished in the home environment at the lodge . The caring and compassionate staff who always go the extra mile to make him feel like he belongs . The food is far superior to many of the other homes out there.
Terrible food! Lots of canned foods with lots of sugar.
Terrible uncaring nurses and personal support workers, who treat residents more like prisoners than people.
The owner is only interested in the money as are the staff who put their needs and schedule ahead of the residents.
Overall, a bad experience made worse by lack of compassion and communication between staff and residents.
The building is old and facilities are very heavily used!
