Management does not want to take lthan food back (obvious not appropriate for human consumption)or exchange sundries beyond a certain period of time with proof of purchase.A rule that is stated byNo Frills and which is respected by most No Frills stores. He comes across as non professional, poor customer relation, giving customer mistrust. Very low, poor and abusive mentality, disregarding and disrespectful!!!!
Anytime I go to this particular No Frills, I find a lot of their products are past the due date. At least a month past the due date, and this was luncheon meat. I wish they would check their products due dates.
STAFF seems DEVOTED TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. aLWAYS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. mORE LIKE NEIGHBOURS THAN JUST SERVERS. fRIENDLY staff, good experience shopping here. Customers are more aware of good manners with staff and other fellow shoppers not just to grab food food food....JB
Normally, I would always rate this store at a five. All the staff are friendly and helpful and really hard working, but on March 13, 2020 I had the misfortune of being served by the cashier Emily. She is new and rude, abrupt and was admonishing me for not having my PC card ready, nor my cash and being too busy talking to people in line. Who does that. Granted more often I am prepared, but this one time I was not. But the rudeness with which she spoke to me over not being ready was totally uncall
