Rexall

I have been with recall since they were at northgate shopping center excellent service. When they moved on fisher the service was still good until about 1and 1/2 years ago when it went from bad to good again then bad to good and I thought finally but wrong. Went today and OMG compete "caos". Could not deal with it I finally moved to another pharmacy so sad after so many years of such good service.

We waited so long (almost two hours) I understand but we were completely ignored for twenty minutes with the pharmacist and a worker right in front of us ignoring us. Then we brought paperwork and went in line the worker actually served people behind us and made us wait longer and gave us a dismissive attitude and said some rude comments in a way that made me feel unhappy. I waited again for almost an hour before I gave up and I still got attitude when I tried to leave even though I was polite.

I have been dealing with this store since they moved to this location. The service has always been dependable. The staff are helpful and the shelves are well socked.

The front store staff are very kind. The pharmacist, since two have retired, can be rude and dismissive.

I like the cashier in the front of the store and I've never had issues with the post office but the pharmacy is a nightmare. I have been having issues there for months now. They gave me the wrong prescription once, (for morphine no less) they lost my drug card, they have no communication between workers since I call with the same issue or question 4 days in a row and have to explain the whole story to new person and go without meds while i wait for them to act. I think they have given up.
