After everything what happened to my phone (dropped it by the road in the snow/slash/water. Possibly a car went over it - the back was shuttered, to add insult to the injury: I was able to bring it to the shop 4 days later - lost time calling other repair shops, authorized by Huawei, as the model I have was not sold in Canada) My biggest hope was to save the data - yet the guys managed to return my Huawei Mate 20 WORKING!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
My iphone 7 decided not to wake up one day. Apple told me it was pooched and that I had to buy a new phone and lose everything i had not backed up. I took it to Techbuy. They gave me a free diagnostic and Discovered it was just a battery issue. Less than $60 later and a mere couple hours, I have my phone with all my pictures and info back! What a huge stress relief! UPDATED AT THE REQUEST OF THE COMPANY. I took a PS4 to them for what I understood to be a faulty HDMI port. They told me that they would inspect the console and test the port before performing any repairs. A week later I had to call them for an update and they told me the HDMI port was faulty and had been fixed. When I returned home and reattached the system I still had the same problem. Turns out the cables were also faulty. After replacing the cables the problem went away. I am now satisfied.
I had a screen repaired on my iPhone last February. At the time they told me that my phone has bent and that they couldn't get the screen on well and that there would be spots where the screen would not work. Over time the microphone malfunctioned and the Center of screen became unusable. I took the phone to Rogers to trade it in and I was informed that my original iPhone had been replaced with an imitation phone!! This place is a scam. Buyer beware!!! FYI I have never brought my phone elsewhere
I went to see these guys today for my iPhone 6 and iPad mini screen repair and not only was the excellent price, but they were super fast too! I would recommend anyone to use their cell repair services. And I'm sure their computer repair skills are just as awesome. I'll be coming back the next time I need anything cell phone and computer related. Thanks guys! :)
Great location, best price and customer service. I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced in 20 min. I called few other cell phone repair places in Newmarket but none of them answered my call just goes on answering machine. Best deal in town. Definitely recommend others.
First time - A friend went in to ask how much an unlock would be to switch providers on an iPhone. They told him one price, then when I entered to actually get the unlock they told me a completely different price. Today I asked how much to get my iPhone 5 screen fixed, 89.99 I was told. When I returned to pay for my product a different man cashed me out and changed the price to 99.99. They did excellent work but the lack of professionalism has lost them at very least one customer. DON'T BOTHER
Had the glass back replaced on my Sony Xperia Z2, poor workmanship on the install (corners didn't match up and the main Sony logo on the back was crooked). Also, 3 days after it was installed it cracked from the headphones Jack to the charging port, with no physical damage on the phone. it took 4 days to get a response from them, and their response was that they don't warranty glass parts, even though you can see the glass was weak and cut at the corner where it initially cracked. No accountability.
