Summitt has allowed me to lock in my rates which is amazing with the rising market prices! They provide an awesome solution to this issue and their customer service reps have been very helpful

I had to call in to get their energy rates, because theyre not posted online, but I ended up with a really great electricity rate. So tired of dumb/smart meters. Now I pay one price all the time. So glad I shopped around.

Call Center at it's worst. Try getting a supervisor in the evening and you'll be told someone will call you back tomorrow during business hours. What call enter does not have a supervisor to take calls in the evening?

I have recently switched my service from your competitor. One of the reasons for the change was poor customer service. Your representative’s great professionalism and customer service demonstrated by this employee certainly is one of the reasons why you all received the awards. I have a contract for a year.
