    Refused to pick up water heater citing COVID-19 as the reason, even though the water heater was outside. The water heater was a rental, 15 years old, and their property. Adding insult to injury, they charged a $25 buy out for it. We now have to dispose of it.

    I received an email to tell me that my e-bill is ready to view. I wasted half an hour trying to log in and tried to sign up just to access the bill. Still could not. Why are you wasting our time with a poorly planned web site!!!!
