    Beverley was wonderful to deal with. She spent a considerable amount of time helping our very nervous special needs adopted son return to Brazil. He could not have made his way through the airport without her suggestion of assistance provided by Air Canada.

    Terrible phone manners

    They cannot answer the phone in a professional manner and are very unhelpfull (if there is such a word) when they do as well they have sales skills.
