Infinity Lock

Right on time, super friendly, very professional. Replaced my lock much more quickly than I expected, definitely use these guys for any lock-related services.

Poor service. Private kickbacks with condo boards. Ruined my lock. Dont use. The owner has gone backrupt in the past.

They said they would come change my lock between the hours of 3 and 5. I called to make sure they were coming. The guy on the phone said its not even 5 yet. And i got no calls from anyone saying that they wouldnt be able to make it or anything. I was home nobody showed up all day. I lost money by not going to office and working because I had to wait for this guy to change my lock. Very unprofessional! Never using these guys again, ever! Terrible customer service!

Showed up exactly when he said he would, was able to swap my lock within minutes, and was very professional. Would use again and recommend.

The other 5 star review must be a fake review, because this company's service is horrendous. The man that picked up the phone is so rude it sounds like he's doing you a favour by allowing you to pay them for their service. The locksmith that came was late and didn't bother to apologise or care at all, even though I had to leave work to get this sorted out. Such a frustrating experience. Do not go with them!

The technical guys was late and found excuses to justify his lateness. The other guy on the line is rude. Terrible experience
