Horrible experience all the way from trying to book an appt to showing up and being yelled at for being 5 minutes late by both the secretary and technician. Talked to 4-5 people from this company from booking until the actual test and not one of them had any sort of people skills whatsoever. All were extremely rude.
They didnt follow Dr. Instructions on the requisition, called me back in to complete more xrays... But said it was my choice if I felt I wanted to. Went back the second time and they didnt provide me with images on cd like the first time... Ive been on hold for 1/2 hour still waiting to talk to someone about how I can get these last 2 images to my doctor.. Wish me luck
Turned up at 10am on a Saturday as I work all week, and the clinic had a line of people outside waiting and yet it wasn’t even open - in spite of advertising 1000-1600 on Saturday and Sunday. Just rude!
I had multiple bad experiences with Brant, Walkers line and Appleby sites- rude on the phone and rushed technicians. This is first baby first US and the technician was rude, rushed, would not acknowledge my "excited new mom" feelings which was hugely disappointing. On my second ultrasound, same thing (different site) Technician would not speak to me, was openly frustrated that the baby wasn't facing the right way and would not let me look at the screen. Disappointing in every way.
Had a horrible experience with my first ultrasound from the technician. She was not respectful and was not reassuring. She did not even showed me the baby or explained what she was looking at. She was not polite when asking me to void as my bladder my too full or for giving me instruction. The technician was in a rush that me and my family did not have the chance to have the moment we were waiting for to see the baby that is still in tummy. She said that she was behind and to skip the part with my family. She was not empathetic at all! I'm so upset and disappointed! I am a health care professional as well but I don't treat my patient like just someone. I treat them with respect, dignity and as a family!
