Harvey's

last night we went to the drive thru.tried to order 3 times. went to window to order but was told they did not hear us, but the people behind us did. could not order there, went inside, complained, ordered. waited while the people after us got their orders. we were given part of our order waited at least 20 minutes complained again for rest of order. food got cold. no manager that we could see. very angry. skip the dishes got there order! Need to organize better do orders in order.

Disgustingly dirty. Was first one there in the morning an sticky mess at the drink station, dirty tables, pubes an urine on the toilet. l was the first customer of the day.

I have loved Harvey's for a long time. It is my favorite fast food restaurant. I am vegetarian and have always enjoyed the veggie burgers. They are the best. Last time, however, it was a bit mushy and not the same experience. I will try again because that was the only time it happened. Keep up the great food Harvey's!!
