Osmow's

Customer service here is terrible! I had asked for no sauce in my sandwich and their was plenty. I had to wait back in line to ask them to make a new one and showed her my receipt. She said she was going to make a new one so THEN I threw it in the garbage . 5 minutes later a different woman come in and asks me to show her the sandwich. AND was mad that I said that I threw out the sandwich. I asked her “why? were you just going to take off the sauce?” She was very rude like I made the mistake

It was a Terrible experience for me and my friends, we came all the way from Scarborough to enjoy the food, food is good but customer service is worst, the waitress was so bad at handling customers, she irritates us by asking silly questions, also ordered food takes so much time to reach our table, even after long wait , we received food with no sauce at all we pushed into the suitation to call her often to get some sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant to guys who really looking for enjo

LOVE THIS LOCATION CHICKEN ON THE ROCK AND WITH GARLIC SAUCE IS AMZAING

Excellent food , like this location always make my order fast and correct a lot of garlic sauce:)

Perfect location and food portion is good , chicken shawarma plate and chicken on the stx

One of the workers put rice in my plate with her BARE HANDS, these people need to use gloves or use a spoon, we almost embarrassed her in front of the whole store because of this nonsense. They have a bad attitude towards us, one time she swore at me because I was watching her as she made my food, just to make sure that she doesn't mess up, you guys have to let your manager know about this! This is not right at all

Chicken on the Rocks is always over cooked

Ordered a chicken shawarma and chicken on the rocks. Got home to realize my chicken on the rocks had NO sauce (the sauce makes the meal!) called back and was advised they'd fix my order and have it ready for me. They would not replace my chicken shawarma wrap - so I would have to come home and eat a cold soggy wrap. When I got to the location, the replacement chicken on the rocks was not ready. Poor service and timeliness, would not recommend. NEVER had a bad experience with Osmow's except here!

There philly cheese steak is so good

Absolutely do not recommend this location. Communication was incredibly poor. Took two people to take my order properly and they still got it wrong. They had to come back to me twice to confirm what I already asked for. The wrap size was half the thickness of the new Osmows on Sandalwood. Waste of time and money.
