Brampton Crematorium & Visitation Centre

The ceremony was well done, so the two stars is for that. But, its what they do behind the scenes to the family of loved ones who have passed that irritates me. Recently, when my aunt died, we went to their crematorium, and business. First of, we begged to bathe my aunt, its an important Hindu ritual. BEGGED. Second, we had to fight tooth and nail to get my aunts ashes after cremation, they just wouldn't give it. Third, they gave it to us in a bag instead of the urn even though we paid for it.

This bussiness is 'first' class.I've had the unfortunate passing of my mom during the holidays. From the first phone call we made to keran(employee) to the last step we made out the front door.Everthing was handel with the utmost respect and professionalism.very caring and attentive staff.Everthing was on time. Will recommend this place for anyone looking for funeral arrangements.Everything will be done in a professional way 100%..My experience.
