This Swiss Chalet is one of the worst around. I have been here several times and the food has never been right, the waitstaff is always rude and management does nothing. Whether they serve you dark meat when you ordered white, or the portion is so small that it barely takes up half the plate, or the food quality is so bad that you would rather just walk out, the waitstaff makes it a point to argue with the customer and the manager is useless. On our last visit, we ordered the chicken and ribs and the ribs were the smallest, meatless, fatty, most disgusting things ever and we asked the waitress if the ribs were always this disgusting and she said "ya, they are always this bad and we get a lot of complaints" while offering to do nothing for us after saying that she wouldn't even eat them. We sent them back and they were still on the bill. We asked to speak with the manager who told us that 'that's just the way it is, Swiss Chalet isn't known for it's ribs" - NICE!!! No free dessert offered or anything. Always nice to go out to eat and receive such poor quality food that the waitstaff and manager admits that they would not even eat it. I'm not sure if a dog would even eat the ribs here-maybe if it was starving.
So Dirty.
Floors were slippery (too much soap in the floor cleaner?)
Table was dirty & sticky
Bathroom doors were sticky
Bathrooms were filthy
Food was adequate - great fries
Server was very friendly
