Dixie Lee

The food and service are perfect. The chicken poutine is already made amazing. Chatham location only though. Newcastle I do not care for at all.

Horrible food horrendous service. We live in Chatham and often go to Dixie lee in the daytime. Food is usually good but avoid going after 5pm. The staff tonight served us raw, cold fries. After I called, she told us to return the food. I did and asked for a refund. The young girl said they don't do refunds and took her fingers and went through each box of food. She picked out the fish, chicken and nuggets and gave them back to us. Then she recooked the fries till they were black. 2 hours wasted
