Very displeased with trying to order a cake,tried phoning never an answer. Then sent email and find out you have to order in person. This is not a good business when unable to communicate with people...

My fave is their Sans Rival and Pistachio macarons!

Super excited about the growth of this bakery! All their products taste exactly the same throughout the years. Excellent customer service. One time, my macarons were too hard, and I brought them back to show them, and they replaced them all! They take pride in all of their products!

The staff was friendly and attentive, but as for the actual

product. The only thing I bought was Macaroons, so I can only comment on that item. I bought a couple of each flavour. The first one I had was ok, it was soft enough that I didn't mind that it was hollow, but it went down hill from there. Every other one I tried was basically had the consistency of a stale microwaved marshmallow, they were all hollow, and hard. * If you're going to compete with other bakeries that sell macarons, and charge their prices, please work on improving your product.

I'm very disappointed! I ordered my daughter's cake yesterday for 4 pm today and it was not ready!? And they want me to come back around 4:40 cause the cake is not ready like seriously? This is how you guys do your business? you will let your costumer come back cause the cake is not ready how professional is that? Heads up next time you guys should call your costumer and let them know!

We ordered a cake...

We ordered a cake for my dauther's birthday, and our guests didn't enjoy it because the cake was hard. The decor was nice but not really a very delicious cake and it's very expensive.. We are very disappointed!
