Taishoken Ramen invites you to their establishment. They are open at night all week. You can get there not only by public transit but also by bicycle and car. They are in a dynamic neighborhood acknowledged for its nightlife.
Passing by, this small space would be easily missed if it weren’t for the lineups! It has a small, yet cozy feeling and very welcoming staff. Try their tomato cheese ramen in original or spicy for a different take on the vegetarian dish.
This small, recently opened ramen shop is located near the T&T Supermarket in Chinatown. While it serves a variety of noodle dishes, the tsukemen – or dipping noodles – are probably the most popular. With tsukemen style, the noodles and broth are served separately and the noodles can be ordered hot or cold. Dip the noodles directly into the broth, and ask for a thermos of plain broth if you want to adjust the flavour.
