This business does not offer verbal communication when something is a final sale (aside from their return policy hidden on a piece of paper behind a plant) unlike most reputable businesses. So if your not 100% sure on a purchase don't buy because you could be stuck with an expensive shoes your not satisfied with. And this business offers nothing but a shrug of the shoulders and saying well our return policy is posted (HIDDEN BEHIND A PLANT) Terrible customer service I will undoubtedly next time go to a main name shoe store like quarks and kixs in Sherwood park mall instead of this 1980s hole in the wall. You usually go to smaller names for better customer service.. Not here.
