Horizon Family Medicine

My doctor moved to this clinic, so Im here until I found Nd a new family doctor. The other staff are incredibly rude, and not just to me. I just witnessed an eye-roll.

Have been seeing these doctors since the medical center opened. They are much better than most!

My fiance and I were accepted by a doctor at Horizon and told by that doctor that she could take us on, even recieved a requisition for an ultrasound. After they recieved our results we were told we 'waited too long' and their schedule was too full for us. Suffice it to say we won't bother going back. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Receptionist was extremely rude! Scoffed and roller her eyes. Treated us like total dirt. We were told we could wait for the doctor and sat down to wait, she comes back and says sorry tough luck go somewhere else! Wow...great way of talking to people. No courtesy at all. I wouldn't allow myself to be caught here again. Based on her attitude I wonder how great all the other services are. Very poor!!

receptionists were so rude, and the dr. I saw didnt make eye contact, walked into the room without my file and asked me my name- ive been seeing dr. Atchison since i was 12 so for her new colleague to come in with no information on me seemed strange. Asked me twice if i had children. i will never go back there.
