Raman truly cares about what you need and goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need. I am a senior and sometimes struggle with this digital world. I have been to this location with numerous inquiries since I purchased my new cell phone/plan from them, but every time they welcome me with open arms and smiles. This shop has a great selection of cases and at very reasonable prices. I had to replace my iPhone screen saver twice in one day as my new iPhone had to be exchanged. The Apple tech did not remove the protector property. The guys here tried to reapply it to the new phone but a finger print had been left and it did not look good. They then gave me a replacement free of charge when it was not even their fault! Thanks so much!! Read more

As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract. Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store. Read more

Best repair store in the lower mainland. Amazing and talented guys that match their customer service and client care! They always remember my face in the mall and always ask how I’m doing! Been to a lot of repair stores but no one does it like them. They use quality/original parts so you never have to get them fixed again. Amazing people and amazing work keep up the good work guys.
