I love this place! Whenever I am near the market and I am in the mood for a quick lunch I go here. You pick your container of lettuce and then pile on whatever veggies/cheese/protein you like. (The deal is 3 veggies/1 cheese/1 protein). And add sunflower seeds or croutons and dressing of your choice. I love it cuz I can customize the salad to what I want and not a set combination. My usual is romaine w/broccoli, celery, carrot, avocado, feta, and chicken with oil and vinegar dressing.
The veggies are always fresh and the people working there are always friendly. They also give a packet of melba toasts with each salad.

When I was told we were going here for dinner I was no amused. Boring bad bar food is all I could think of but biy was I surprised. We visited on a Friday night and were greeted by an extra happy gent who showed us to a nice comfy booth. Our waitress was equally as cheery -- like REALLY cheery. She told us the specials, filled up our cups without asking and was super fast on her feet. The fish and chips were outstanding. The 2 fish portions were huge and not too battery, the fries were just okay. The steak was cooked perfectly. I got the mushroom salad with grilled chicken and was blown away by the taste and size -- salads usually disappoint. VERY happy and probably will return.

I find myself at this place multiple times during the week. I go for breakfast one day, lunch the next, and then for dinner another day, and I'm usually there for the nights events. They have great concerts, great food, the staff, at least the bartenders and bouncers are all fantastic and some of my good friends, and the service is more often than not fast and helpful. Just the other day after going to this place for a year and a half, had my first bad experience with service, but after mentioning it to the manager, everything got sorted out and I still had an excellent meal even though it was a bit slower than usual.
And their drinks are fantastic. I've only had one bad drink there and that was after they just started a new barrel so the beer was a bit watery - I just asked for a new one and they gave it to me no problem.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I never turn down an invite to this place.

Great meals. Food was all fresh and high quality. Eggs to order, breakfast meats tasty, coffee is good and ample. Not much atmosphere except for the working class people, mostly men before work or lunch break. Everyone seemed very at ease and unpretentious including the staff who were eager to please. We had the best dining experience at lunch today. We spent the last two days in the hospital so we were in need of a good lunch. Stacey was phenomenal!!! It was pretty busy but she looked after us like were only patrons. She was very efficient and friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job as I watched smiling and laughing with everyone she was waiting on. She suggested the new cauliflower wings and they were to die for. We will definitely be coming back next week.

While visiting London, we had Pizzas delivered to our hotel and it was very fast and hot! Good food and a great price! We ordered food after midnight after we got back from our hockey game. The delivery guy was pleasant and nice. One of the few restaurant that are open during wee hours. Thank you!
