Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. I use this store and the one in Langford as my go-to home repair and maintenance store. I actually dont always know exactly what Im looking for but most of the staff can figure out what would be helpful in my situation. Its not a drive through, get in get out in ten minutes - kinda store, but I dont know a hardware store that is. I refuse to use the automated checkouts though. Maybe thats why less staff. Bring back more staff. Great place!

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Parm and Kaitlyn went beyond the call of duty to serve me creating and adjusting my blinds.
