I eat their Chicken Souvlaki and Lasagna all the time and love it. Their meat sauce is always fresh and consistent. Of all the Greek food I've eaten, Royal Oak has by far the best in all of Surrey. You will definitely get your money's worth.

If you are ever whipping up Asian food at home this is the store you need to visit for your ingredients. They carry everything, literally everything you could ever possible need on your ingredient list. The aisles are fun to walk and marvel at the products that you will rarely if ever see on the shelves of your local mainstream supermarket. The bakery is great with fresh custard and pork buns and makes a great spot to stop for a snack. Staff are very helpful!! Their meats and fish are extremely fresh and they have a top notch meat manager that goes out of his way to be helpful! During Covid it’s the only place I felt safe as they took great precautions and having senior hours to shop made it that much better! It’s a neighborhood treat to have them there!!

Urban Fare is another very neat place for the foodie in you. They offer a terrific selection of ready-made foods that you can assemble for an impromptu picnic on the seawall or take home for an easy dinner. They offer an excellent selection of produce and carry many organic and many unusual items and the produce always looks great. Their meat and seafood is also incredible and is one of the few places that I have ever seen Kobe beef available for sale. Did I mention the cheese? Oh my goodness the cheese! The selections are varied and excellent and there are often samples of cheese that you can try before you buy. Moving into the aisles introduces you to an awesome selection of brands and products that you won't find at an average grocery store and they are fantastic! Urban Fare is a must for the foodie in you!

A great little store. Like it's sisters in town, it has wonderful, unique offerings in the front half of the store, but it has an excellent selection of regular groceries in the back half. Some things are a bit expensive, but they are oh so worth the extra. Right now, they have "Spot prawns" which are obscenely great tasting. Check it out. It's worth it@

Just wanted to say I have been bringing my kids , grandkids and friends here 15 years. It is always excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. But today I mostly want to say I love the format and layout of the new menu— it is so much easier to understand— the description of the sauce then the meat choices under it and the hot level. The dark background and white print very easy to read. A nice border all the basics eg address phone a d allergy symbols. Just so easy for the novice .

The store is clean, selection is decent even with the Covid 19, staff is generally helpful. Their prices are good, beyond competitive on most things though you do need to watch the expiry dates on some items. Only time I shop elsewhere these days is if they dont have something I absolutely need.

Stong's is another example of what a grocery store should be. Mostly food, lots of quality produce and fresh bakery and butcher selection and great service. I gather at one time there were several of these stores in the Lower Mainland and this store is the last of their kind. Thank goodness. A great place to buy all kinds of staples and also some hard to find items that aren't carried at major chains. Stong's is what the neighbourhood supermarket should be and their constant stream of customers is a testament to the quality and excellent customer service on offer.
