My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired. The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle). The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected. Overall it was a great experience. Read more

I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head.
