Went here for my birthday dinner with the family and I have to say it was an amazing meal! We all ordered different items off the menu and I think the staff thought we were crazy because we were trying each other's food, but I have everything was so tasty! The vegetarian main had many different elements to it and all were delicious, the mushroom tarte, steak frites and soup were great. Our waiter was very friendly and overall I would say the atmosphere is inviting. I consider this restaurant a little bit pricey, but perfect for a special occasion and worth the money. Read more

A favourite restaurant. Friendly, comfortable environment with very good service. We recently enjoyed Tempura as a starter followed by the CHEO Charity Dinner Menu 4 Course Meal. The atmosphere is relaxed with just the right time between serving items that arrive fresh, hot and tasty. The lunch All You Can Eat menu is a particular favourite for those who enjoy a slower meal with small portions of individual items from the menu. We have been many times and will return many times. I had heard terrific things about Domani, a restaurant run by a former pro footballer from Afghanistan who has worked at some of Toronto's top restaurants, and had to come down to High Park and see for myself. The service was very courteous, prompt, and personal. At no point did we even have to ask for anything because it was already taken care of. The food was exquisite, well-presented and skilfully prepared. The portions were large but despite being quite full it was too delicious to leave any behind. The desserts were absolutely amazing, though next time I would do without the espresso. Though Domani requires a bit of a journey, I have not eaten anywhere in Toronto where gourmet food of this quality is available at such a reasonable price and accompanied by such excellent service.
