Careboost at Hwy 10/132nd St, which just opened, have provided excellent service. They go above and beyond other pharmacies I've dealt with. They are prompt in following up if the prescription is not available, knowledgeable, listens to customers and very friendly. Dr. T. Shaha is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand the patients problems and explain what is involved in addressing the problem in details, including what medications are appropriate. He is also very good at settling an exam schedule and following up with patients regarding results from the various exams.

I've never needed a walk-in clinic till now, so I have no standard of comparison; but I consider my experience here to have been really good. Reception are polite and welcoming, everyone is kind and medically thorough, I have no complaints.
There was about an hour's wait from joining the queue outside, through the necessary formfilling, to seeing a doctor. I'm sure that that could have been worse given our abnormal conditions during the pandemic.

It can get quite busy and there is sometimes a wait. However, they have some young savvy doctors that are aware of today's over medicated society. My doctor listens to me, acknowledges me and is thorough ... if I have to wait a half an hour because he's running late due to walk-ins or because he spent to much time listening to other patients thoroughly, that's fine in my book.

I have only been to the woman doctor but she is very nice and always makes me feel comfortable. I have never been to a walk in clinic and not had to wait a long time so if you want to get in right away don’t bother with walk ins period. I have made appointments here and gotten in within 5-10 minutes of my time so that’s an option.

I am always treated the upmost respect at this clinic right from the doctors to the receptionist. I usually make an appt but even though I walk in the wait time is very short. on the down side, they do not like giving any pain meds out or benzo's. even if you have pain your better off going to hospital if your looking for any of those meds.
