Metro Kennedy Commons is my weekly go to - I like the layout of the store, the available products and options and the faces we see on a weekly basis. Great customer service. I returned chicken from another Sobeys in another town and Ptbo Sobeys replace the chicken at no cost for me. The Manager was great and so was T.L. (Im not allowed to mention names apparently) Thank you again and Sobeys is the best.

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

They are friendly always helpful and the new store layout is easy to navigate. It is a discount store so what do you expect, the staff there work hard and are very frienly if you ask them politly.So next time you shop there keep you're eyes open and observe the folke that work there.

This is the best grocery store in the area. The store is well stocked, clean, and well lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is extremely easy, they are very open and communicate very well when they need to make substitutions, which is rare.
I shop here for all of my groceries and have never had an issue with earning or redeeming my points.
The parking lot is easily accessible from two entrances and is well maintained even in the winter months.

I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.
