I have been going to grinder twice a month for the past year and every time they find a way to give me an even better experience. All the staff is great, especially Steve the manager! He is super friendly and really know how to make you feel welcome. And Last but not least, if you are looking to have the complete grinder experience, you need to sit at the bar,order a tomahawk,a good bottle of wine and watch Peter do what he does best..making you feel like you are as important as his best friend! They started us off with warm dinner rolls - good, but nothing special. All entrees come with all you can eat fries, and they are delicious. Crunchy but not too deep-fried. Our meals also came with perfectly steamed green beans. Three out of four steaks were perfect - one rare, two medium rare. My rare steak was one of the better I've had - it was red through the middle but it was still hot when it got to the table! The fourth steak (medium) was a bit tough. Read more

Live jazz, great wine, wonderful meal... Need I say more? We got a table upstairs, next to the band. Usually, you'd want to keep a distance, but this was wonderful. The singer was great. The wine selection was varied. The meal was very well done. The lamb was as good as they promised (which is not always the case at all restaurants) Our server was lovely and very accommodating. They did charge us an extra $8 for splitting the lamb-chops between the kids. If I am paying $220 for my meal, I don't expect that. Still, it did not affect the beautiful evening we had. Read more
