I found this dental office spontaneously when I needed an emergency root canal and they were in the same building as my old job. I have a severe phobia of dental work and I can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff is very supportive and understanding. They all work together to make me as comfortable as possible each and every visit. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding and take their time when they know you are frightened. Enter the actual dentist, doctor Kachuk, who is just as supportive and understanding, and is truly excellent at his craft. He let me set my own pace until I started feeling more comfortable. Great dentist and a great clinic. Our kids love him and the hygienists , Lauren and Melissa. I always hated getting cleanings but he uses and ultra sonic scaler which is high powered water instrument so no picking and scratching and blood! My teeth have never Looked so white and felt so good. The pricing is fair. We have 100% coverage and with other dentists we received a bill for the eXtra charges. This is becausedentists can bill over the Ontario fee guide if they want, but insurance only covers fair market value for the work. So at this clinic we do not have to pay extra. Thanks to everyone at the clinic -see you in 6 months for our next cleanings. Read more
