Originally located at the Calgary Farmers’ Market, this local coffee roaster has since expanded to five locations throughout Calgary. Started by two University of Calgary engineering students in 2007, the popularity of Phil & Sebastian cafés has exploded. Like Rosso Coffee Roasters (see above), they offer coffee bean subscriptions.
