This all-women’s boot camp incorporates exercises that are designed and proven to help women develop core strength, flexibility and balance. The program includes two outdoor group-training sessions paired with two additional customized personal workout sessions per week. Workout groups are small, allowing instructors to provide participants plenty of personal attention. Nutritional guidance to complement your workout regime is also available.

Calgary North West Fit Body Boot Camp offers affordable group workout sessions that build strength and improve cardio health. The camp’s “afterburn workouts” incorporate interval training and active rest periods with the target of producing maximum gain in minimum time.
