Addictive workout!

The boxfit workouts are addictive! Going to the the classes has become the favorite part of my days, I look forward to it all day at work. I've met so many great, quality friends that I think boxfit is the best thing that's ever happened to me! Thanks Carrie and Jason! I look and feel so much better these days because of your work! It's a workout that anyone can do! (and I failed gym in high school!)
