I purchased and had installed a Frigidaire Heat pump by True Comfort about four years ago. When I purchased it, I was told it comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I am getting noise from the Head Unit. Contacted True Comfort to get it looked at. They told me that it needed a bearing but they can't get parts, take it up with Frigidaire. Spent hours on the phone, got nowhere. True Comfort won't do anything about it, now I have to replace it at my cost. Terrible compamy!! Buyer Beware!
