A large club with a modest atmosphere... We believe a gym shouldn't just be the place where you come to sweat; it should feel like a second home, a place that you're happy to show up to everyday. It's important that a fitness centre offers a variety of tools to allow you to work out the way you want, but we also understand the value of a positive atmosphere to make every workout a great experience for you.     You can pause your membership without issue. No contracts. Reasonably priced. All the equipment you need.

    friendly and helpful staff, they have been terrific since I started there. The gym has everything I need and the people are great

    Bad Customer Service

    Fitness Focus, in the past, was good for putting my account on hold when I went away to Toronto for school. Recently my account was supposed to be put on hold and they kept charging me. When I called, they would not reimburse me for the 2 payments they charged me for. Good customer service is hard to find now days. I will not be coming back.
