Very expensive $90+ $700 for first visit and custom insoles.
I've been told everything was made in their Lab using highest quality material.
They shown me a very nice custom brushed graphite support, with full length high density foam covered in leather.
I got instead a sole made of noticeably cheaper material, acrylic heal support, with Spenco flappy rubber sole.
None the less, they are made for my shape of foot and provide adequate support.
Still, I'm disappointed.
I apologize if the device you were delivered was not what you expected. The choice of materials is dependent on the patient's foot type. Nevertheless, I would be happy to offer you a second pair in graphite if you wish to try them out.
