Portes Fenêtres

Less than a week after the installation, we see cracking of the window caulking. Installer used incorrect caulk as it feels grindy and not smooth like what is usually used in the shower. Sent multiple emails and called them multiple times. They keep saying they will get in touch with us as soon as the installer contacts them. A éviter à tout pris. Qualité des portes et fenêtres discutable et très inégale (certain de leurs fournisseurs sont corrects mais d'autres fabriquent vraiment du cheap). Il m'a fallu 11 mois pour commander une fenêtre supplémentaire qui n'a jamais été livrée. Do not use Verdun Portes & Fenetres. They have questionable business practices and poor material and installation quality. Worst experience of my life took years for them to complete the work. Do yourself a favour stay away at all costs

16 mois ...les correctifs ne sont pas encore terminer ,nous disent nimporte quoi ,ont perdu le dossier ,la covid ,le fabriquant ,petite vitre demi lune difficile a faire etc ces surement la faute du client aussi.

although their windows are excellent quality, their customer service, their installation and their after service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have given them three different tries giving them the benefit of the doubt but all three times they have surpassed their incompetence of the previous time.

A EVITER! Quel malheureuse experience avec eux. Manque de planification et surtout manque de professionalisme dans leur approche. SVP attention ils sont comme des vendeurs de chars usagés lorsque vous les rencontrez. soyez vigileant car il ne livre pas sur leur promesse.

Qualité initial pas très bonne. Installation très ordinaire. Bris à répétition, isolation mal réalisé. Je suis vraiment déçu. Service après vente mauvais et lent. Je ne ferai plus affaire avec cette entreprise.

On annonce 20% plus de surface vitrée avec les fenetres Revocell, nous avons 10% de moins de surface vitrée au final apres une facture tres élevée... Et une installation plus que moyenne...

Service médiocre et condescendant. Il y a plus de trois ans que Portes et Fenêtres Verdun revient chez nous pour corriger leurs erreurs d'installation et de fabrication et ils ont le culot de prétendre qu'ils ont pas installer nos fenêtres et nos portes fenêtres. C'est ridicule !

PF Verdun: Un fournisseur à éviter

Installation pathétique, autant pour les fenêtres que la salle de bain. Les plans ne sont pas respectés, les installations ne sont pas aux normes (fenêtres). Les délais sont longs (fenêtres), et tout est départementalisé au maximum. Le service de l'expérience client est inexistant et a eu amplement le temps réagir, mais n'a pas pris action. Après plusieurs projets avec cette entreprise, je dois maintenant recommander n'importe lequel de leurs compétiteurs, car ils sont très décevants.

I thought the company has a good reputation several years before. The service work was worth the price. Now the service is so-so. And you have to pay almost double the price as listed in company's promotion flyer. I will not recommend their service.

Horrible Service

I spoke with the sales representative to replace a window that is encased in a door that we purchased from them some years back. I explained that it was the result of a robbery and that we had temporarily barricaded the door. The sales rep said he would come by and send me a quote in the coming days. Two weeks later, I called him back. I had to re-explain everything to him and he said he would get me a quote the next day. A week later I had to call him back. I finally got a quote and asked him to proceed with the installation, I was told someone would call me the next day to setup a date and time. Two weeks passed and I called the sales representative back. He said he would check with Celine (I guess the girl who books the installers) the next day. I asked if he could check today and he said no "I control the traffic here". I asked to speak to his boss and he said he was his boss. Everyone there is a boss. I guess they are a flat organisation??? This is the first time I have ever actually had to hound someone to get them to take my money. If the door wasn't originally bought through them I would have been happy to go elsewhere but I was kind of stuck. It is one of 8 doors that we bought and we want them to look alike.
