    Misleading

    You are only give a modelling contact for ONE year. You aren't given paid after 2-3 weeks on the job once you're given work either. They don't tell you much of any other details either, only that you have to focus on making it a career. I've seen their ad before and when they tell you this through the phone, it just goes to show you have very misleading they are.
