The fellow that usually works behind the counter was so perfectly arrogant , so terribly rude, dishonest and disrespectful that I had no choice but to leave without having my appointment with the excellent optomotrist . It's difficult to understand why any business would employ such a disagreeable and pompous character to deal with the public.

J'ai toujours eu un très bon service, le magasin est également très beau. L'optométriste a toujours été correct avec moi. Par contre un peu trop cher à mon goût.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The fellow who does pretest before one sees the optometrist is very rude. He loudly wanted me to know that he was not happy that the manager respected my appointment. He had asked the receptionist to tell me they could not see me as they were busy. Unaccceptable after all the money I spent there.

Terrible place, very disorganized.
