    Extremely satisfied.

    No idea why there was a negative review for them. I handed over a very tall and difficult order for them that three other watchmakers refused to accept. Only Montre al accepted the request. They charged a good amount, but it was commensurate to the task at hand. They are quick, respectful, swift, not very down to chat, but they are very busy people. No surprise charges, no scratches, no dents. It is run like a conveyor belt, but their service is quite literally unmatched in Montreal. Very happy.

    Convenient location but WORST SERVICE. I'm a watch lover so I have a lot a watches that need repairs, fixes and tuning. First, they overcharged twice what other jewellers are pricing in terms of servicing. Plus, they invent stuff to add fees to your bill. Pretending your watch is automatic while it's a quartz mech. just to charge you the full price for tuning. Worst Service. They left a humongous scratch on the back of a ~800$ watch by trying removing the back case. No compensation allowed!!!

    Je leur ai confié...

    Je leur ai confié ma montre arrêtée. Ils ont changé la pile : 45 $ !!! J'ai protesté... 'C'est le prix' m'ont-ils répondu. Le pire c'est qu'1 mois après, ma montre s'est arrêtée de nouveau!! Alors, rendu à Sherbrooke, je vais chez un horloger, il me change ma pile : 7.75 $ Mon conseil : n'y allez pas, vous payez leur loyer!
