Placed an order online at Kiehl's Canada. After the order had been placed I noticed the order was being shipped to my old address (I moved and even though I had updated my address in their system it saved my previous address as the shipping address). Called Kiehl's to explain what happened and was told NOTHING could be done. The address could not be changed and the order could not be canceled even though it was placed less than 5 mins ago. Asked to escalate the matter but it was a flat no!
This apothecary from New York has products all made with fine natural ingredients. It certainly got me and my sister's attention who doesn't want to use any more chemical skin care products!!
Kiehl's est une adresse chouchou à Montréal pour ceux et celles qui sont des addicts des produits de beauté. Leurs baumes à lèvres sont absoluement merveilleux. Mes autres produits préférés? La lotion pour le corps "Original Musk" et l'huile essentielle "Original Musk". Sublimes. En plein coeur du centre-ville, on ne pourrait demander mieux.
