Excuses from the lumber saw person does not work past 4:30 to we do not do cuts due to covid. Verified that this was crap with management. One of the best HD to return broken items to as they do not even check or mark them when you tell them the item is broken .. they just restock it for the next person.

Poor customer service.

TRÈS MAUVAIS SERVICE: ON CHERCHE UN COMMIS QUI SEMBLE NE PAS NOUS VOIR LORSQUE FINALEMENT IL NE NOUS RÉPOND PAS OU NOUS DIRIGE DANS LA MAUVAISE ALLÉE. DE MOINS EN MOINS CETTE PLACE.

I have stopped shopping here, as Ive only had one good experience at this store, with an employee named Kalala. He raises this rating by one star. Otherwise the customer service has been quite poor

4 journées perdues à attendre une livraison express qui n’arrive pas, se faire rire dessus par la préposée au téléphone quand on lui mentionne quon a perdu quatre journées à attendre (Home Dépôt rue Beaubien Ouest). Voulez-vous vraiment avoir à vivre cela ? Je vous recommande fortement daller donner votre argent à une compagnie qui ne rit pas de ses clients. Pour ma part, cette compagnie vient de perdre ma clientèle. Un gros zéro !!!
