Bad customer service!
They demanded to one of my members to pay $60.for a new card when this member already has a card from my store!!I phoned twice the line was cut!!!!after 25 minutes waiting time!!!then I phone the bridge Costco and everything was solved in a few minutes and this person was on the computer!!! The new card will be paid back,but why all this????
