I've been a customer of CEC Enertech for over 7 years. Got excellent service and technical support from Maya and Robert from Enertech and Donald from Goodman.

Quite frankly don't understand how they are still in business!! So rude and disrespectful! Installers made mistakes wiring my new installation, reversed the wiring, drilled holes in walls and never used, ran bare wires across ceiling. The unit turned on when it should have been off and other way around. Ended up calling another company to fix it. Now I call for replacement user controller and he quotes an outrageous price. I question it and he yells at me and hangs up! RUN from this place"

If you are looking for disrespect and terrible service, then this company is for you. Owner was very rude, disrespectful, yelled at us over the telephone and refused to respect our contract. Very shocking. We just asked if someone can fix our A/C unit!! Have been with the company for years but time to move on. Bye Bye.

*** S’il vous plaît, ne fait pas affaire avec Ener Tech ***; Très mauvais service, ils sont compléments impolis, aucun respect envers leurs clients. Le propriétaire lui-même m’accroché le téléphone (il n’a pas voulu m’écouter), il m’a dit qu’on avait trop parlé et il a accroché le téléphone. Quelle mauvaise expérience!

Très mauvaise service á la clientele, très impolis, ne pas orienté pour aider les clientes, evitez de mauvaises éxperiences...

Terrible terrible company. Dont EVER use them. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Not skilled enough to solve the customers problem, yet still asking for high price. Whoevers on the phone was really aggressive and never patient enough to let me finish my sentence.
