Terrible experience, I was at home all day waiting for my package and the deliverer came and didn't even ring the bell or knock on the door, nothing... Now I have to wait again for some other day. So, if you ever have a delivery with them, place a note on the door saying to ring or knock :)
worst service ever. impossible to contact by phone. cannot schedule a time. Drivers either try at wrong address or just lie about having been here.

Ils ne sonnent même pas à la porte, le lieu de Pick Up est au fin fond de Lachine et vous avez seulement 5 jours ouvrable pour vous rendre. Fermé les fin de semaines. Alors, Good Luck.
Literally in the middle of nowhere, last time I had to bike there from downtown because there is virtually no transit service to get there. And then because I am studying in Montreal from out of province they would not accept my ID to pick it up since the address did not match (even though the name did), and made me dig through all my emails to find some sort of proof of address. This time they did not even leave a notice of delivery, so I can not even go pick up my package. Trash.

Effectivement, le service est minable. En fait il n y a pas de livraison à domicile: Le livreur ne se donne même pas la peine de sonner: il colle un avis de livraison sur la porte (je l ai trouvé collé sur ma porte à 7 h am en allant au travail) C est à vous ensuite de vous démerder pour aller récupérer votre colis à Lachine, même si vous habitez au centre-ville de Mtl!
Très mauvais service. C'est la troisième fois qu'ils me laissent l'avis à la porte, sans appeler. Ils vous disent qu'ils vont apporter la commande un jour et ils viennent un autre jour. Le service Purolator est très mauvais.
(2 of 2) Purolator cannot show any proof of delivery (POD) and are saying the package was left at my door (can’t be, as explained above), or ‘’Amazon does not require a signature’’. But that is disingenious : Of course Amazon does not require that Purolator sends them POD; they would simply ask for it when a claim arises. But that is not the same as saying Purolator itself does not require some kind of POD. They could not stay in business otherwise in today’s business environment.
Malheureusement je ne peu pas mettre 0 étoile... Jai pris congé poir être sur dêtre là quand le livreur allait passer...IL NA PAS SONNÉ!!! il a seulement laisser un avis disant quil no avait parsonne quand le libreur est passé, jétais la tout le temps!!! Et maintenant je dois me rendre à lachine en transport en commun et ça va me prendre 1h30 à cause de la neige!!
I’ve been expecting a package to be delivered for 3 days, between 8am and 8pm, yet just found out that the depot staff (Ville St-Pierre, Quebec) haven’t bothered to load it into a delivery truck. They claim that the package is not lost, yet they can not confirm whether a delivery attempt will be made within the next couple weeks. Purolator Express isn’t what it used to be. I will definitely avoid using Purolator whenever possible in the future.
Never attempt to deliver to the door my parcel, on the camera the driver just coming with filled ready notice card, glue it on the door (like no answer) and run away.
Cest le temps des fêtes hé oui ! cest pas nouveau!!! cest comme ça a chaque année!!! alors comment ce fait-il que Purolator a chaque année cest la même histoire!!!
I wish i can give 0 star, i was home all day waiting for the parcel. And i received an email saying delivery was attempted and i didnt answer. I WAS HOME ALL DAY ALL NIGHT they didnt even tried.and Ive seen purolator delivery people just leaving the delivery notes on the main entrance door of the apartment without even trying to call the buzzer or even trying to get inside. And now they want me to come all the way to this location to pick up my item. Purolator is THE WORST delivery company
Located too far from Montreal... closed the week-end... web site is terrible... purolator is the worst...
cela fait 2 jours je suis senser avoir mon colis mais pcq je travaillais lors du passage (pcq cetais senser etre la journee dapres quand javais conger) je nai pas de notice aucun mail me disant ou mon colis est jai du rechrcher moi meme avec le numero de commande sur les sites internet de poste canada et purolator de plus ils non pas renvoyer la 2e journee pcq c leurs nouvelle politique et maintenant ils sont fermer pour la fds une vrai joke
Cela fait quelque fois que lors de la livraison, je ne suis pas à la maison pour recevoir mon colis. A toutes les fois que j'ai contacté le service à la clientèle soit pour une 2ieme tentative de livraison ou changer de comptoir de service, ce fut fait sans problème. Je suis sasisfaite de leur service.
This company is the worst. Package was sent and delivered to a pick up location 12km from my house. No one on the phone can help me. Oh and I have 48h to take a 2h public transit at their convenience to pick up my package otherwise I don’t get what I paid for. This is the second time it happens
last friday, 24/11/17 I was called and told me that they will deliver my package(TV) before 3pm, I don't wanna miss that delivery because I know it wont fit on my car. I went home early and had under time from work. waited too long at home but no delivery until night. Early morning my friend who works night shift passed me notice for pick up, time indicated 16:24. I thought gonna save time but it cost me more and lost 4 hours from work. I will complain to the management on Monday.
Drivers almost never ring and leave notice card and then they have a new policy that they won't attempt a delivery next business day. If I was this incompetent in my job I would be fired.
