I had my baby grand tuned by Mr. Nalbandian. He will, from now on, be the only one allowed to touch my piano other than me. Exceptional service, great advice and very friendly. Above and beyond my expections. Highly recommended.

Best piano tuning service in Montreal

I have been using the services of H. Nalbandian Pianos for over 3 decades. I have recommended them to all of my students, not only for piano tuning/repair, but also for personal moving for the times we changed homes. Harout and his staff are extremely friendly. I will not trust another piano technician with my most prized possession: my piano! Looking forward to many more years of quality service!

    bad service

I asked for a quote more than a week ago and booked the move, then the day before the move I called them to confirm the price as well as the time. Then they told me the price quoted was too low because there's a turn on the stairs, which they were told the first time I called them. I cancelled them at the end.

This customer had downplayed the level of difficulty to obtain the lowest possible price, a piano is a heavy item any change in level of difficulty comes with a lot tougher work. I was honest enough not to get to her house and change the price on her the last minute.
