My wife sent me an arrangement from this company that she chose from a picture online. Let me say that it looked absolutely nothing like the picture in person. The strawberries were minuscule and wilted. Very disappointing. She went in person to complain and they told her that they wouldn't do anything for her whatsoever. Not a good customer experience. Would not recommend using them to anyone.
