Golden Elite Deco has seen a significant improvement. They may not be on par with luxury retailers like Ciot or Splash, but their competitive pricing reflects this. My personal experience with their after-sale support was exceptional — Anjela resolved an issue with a shower tower I purchased, well past warranty, at no extra cost. Their dedication to customer satisfaction guarantees my return as a loyal customer.
Nightmare experience at the DDO store due to the DEPLORABLE behavior of Golden Elite's "specialists."
Because of THEIR mistake, we had to return several times...From beginning to end, several staff members were EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL + UNREASONABLE.
Although their website claims to give "all of our clients a complete and more personalized home renovation experience," what they do give their clients is headaches + shot nerves.

I do not recommend this place. I bought the bamboo flooring from them and it is HORRIBLE quality. $3000 thrown out the window! After 4 years only, this floor is falling apart and needs to be replaced. When I contacted the owner, he was extremely arrogant and dismissive. They claim that there is a 25 year warranty on construction but they wont honor it. I will never buy from this place again!!!
Well, I wasted a good few days going around the retail stores in Montreal, and there are a lot of them.
Golden Elite is not like a retail store. Stock is on hand. FAIR AND BALANCED pricing.
What irritated me the most about the retail experience is seeing woods priced at 8$ that I can find online or at distributors for half price.
