Horrible experience - for years paid him, no questions asked. This year he says we need to reconfigure before doing a deck Reno and since then system doesn’t work at all. No response at all to multiple phone calls and messages - finally another company comes and I find out the work was incompetently done (like reversing the direction of valves - I saw this myself ) I now have to spend $1200 to fix the mess he made. Do yourself a favour and run away from this guy - I was with him for 13 yrs!
