Lovely professional young couple. They were fast and very efficient. They did a wonderful job of cleaning five heat pumps in our building. I will be calling them again next year!
We had this company come in to fix our furnace. They were in on at least 3 occasions, one of which was to clean the furnace. At the end of the 3 times and about 1000$ later the problem still was not fixed. We had a different company in who cleaned the furnace properly and had it fixed in an hour. I called the owner and was spoken to rudely and even yelled at and threatened that if the bill was not paid, I would be taken into collection. Terrible service and feel scammed.
