Had a really great experience shopping here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had questions about my hottub and needed help balancing my chemicals. They told me exactly what to do and I haven't had a problem since. They are very knowledgeable. I would recommend their services...
Extremely slow! Took 5 weeks to get our pool then 5 more days just to get the pump in- they were not mindful with our time as we had a great deal of other things on the go and could not offer any times that people would be arriving to do work - left us with no answers ever and refused to go the extra mile -didn't care that we had the fire department called to come several times only for them to say they weren't coming that day- super dissatisfied- regretful in purchasing from these unorganized people - won't be buying anything else nor recommending to anyone else!!!
