I will never deal with this company again . 4 times I called about the large Amount of water draining out of the out side unit salesmen tells me that’s normal , Manager tells me it doesn’t drain any water in the summer I empty a 10gl Bucket every two days from the day it was Installedthe electrical wire was run 18 feet in the dirt never fastened properly to the walls or to the panel box .poor workmanship and poor Customer relations
